Our founding attorney, Bruce Udolf, has more than 30 years of litigation experience in the public and private sectors. Prior to establishing our law firm, Bruce served as a prosecutor for nearly 20 years. After serving as an Assistant District Attorney and, ultimately, as an elected District Attorney for seven years, Bruce became a federal prosecutor. He served more than 10 years in this role. For five of these years, Bruce was the Chief of the Public Corruption/Integrity Section for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida. In this position, he tried and supervised some of the most significant criminal investigations and prosecutions in the United States. Bruce also served as an Associate Independent Counsel in Washington, D.C., during the Whitewater investigation.
Bruce has served in numerous leadership positions over his career. He is a former President of the Assistant United States Attorneys Association in the Southern District of Florida, a former president of the Broward County Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and a Life Member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
